Hi,

It’s not possible to create libraries within other libraries on the AS/400. You can create objects within libraries.

Do you mean how many libraries can you create on the system or how many objects can you create within a library, or something else?

Regards,

Martin Gilbert.

In AS/400 we cant have nested libraries. The only exception is QSYS which contains all other libraries created on the system.

But also note that "directories" can be created with nested subdirectories, just as you might have directories on Windows and/or Linux. The "library" structures are somewhat unique to AS/400s. But "directories" are more like what can be found on other kinds of systems. Tom

It's not possible to create libraries within other libraries on the AS/400. Except for QSYS. ;-)
