Creating hotspot for document link
Hey everyone,
Just asking how to create a word/excel/pdf document link to an internal mailgroup using hotspot,url,etc
Any help would be great.

Try this in your memo:
- Type the text for the link
- Select the text
- Select Create -> Hotspot -> Link Hotspot
- Enter the path to you file in the Value field
When you send the message the user will be able to click the hotspot and open the file (usually in IE - my default browser).
