Hello!
I was searching lately about if it's possible to create a partition and to save a backup of my OS on it with all drivers, and this would be bootable.
for example like HP Computers we click F11 on the startup of the computer,so we enter the recovery mode and we recover all data.
thanks.

As u did not reveal that which version u have asked  for, however, For quick/ instant remember, u can do any one, if it fits u. U can install the same version twice in different partitions. But it actually boots from Windows.0 folder (depending ur flavor). U can keep all file/folders/ registry backup in 2nd partition i.e. 2nd version which is installed in another partition. For better understanding u can rename the flag name from boot.ini file. Other way u can install it in a usb/ pen drive with same hardware/software configuration and take back ups from ur pc to this.
