My boss asked me to turn on her Out of Office notification once she had already left for vacation. I am delegated to access her email but when I try to set up the Out of Office notification, it only sends from my email - not hers. Is there a way for me to set up her OOF notification in Outlook 07?

In order to set 'out of office' for your boss you need full mailbox rights of your boss & you have to open her mailbox as a primary mailbox via outlook. -Ketan

Try the following steps: • Go to Tools menu -> Out of Office Assistant. In it select the check box Send Out of Office auto-replies. • To set any specific time range select check box Only send during this time range. • In Inside my organization box enter the message for sending within organization and for sending outside the organization use Outside my organization. Click Ok. Regards maria
