Creating a Signature with Lotus Notes 6.5/8.0.1
I have a user that is running a Lotus Notes 6.5 client with a V8.0.1 mailfile.
Where you would normally go through the normal channels of:
Actions > Tools > Preferences > Signature
on 6.5 the mix of client and mailfile doesn't seem tto be able to display the tools option from the actions toolbar.
Is there any way around this?

As long as the user is running the 6.5 client with the mail 8.x template they will not be able to access the preferences from the notes client. The work around would be to use inotes, they will have the ability to access the signature and enable the out of office from there.... HTH
