The FTP server that the file is sent to does not belong to me. Its a government server and they refuse to change or even believe the problem is on their side because all of the other vendors have no problem. Like I said, this happened the first time right after I upgraded but since csv doesn’t have a “year” I can’t save as the 2003 version of csv.

On friday I saved the sheet as excel 2003 and then opened that and saved as csv. I’m still waiting to hear if that worked but I figure its a longshot.
