We have an ID SYSITO1, and we want to create a report to show what changes were made by that user. How can I do that?

What are you hoping to find? Unless you have some change management software or document your code changes the only other thing you may be able to determine is who created an object. Or are you looking for who changed data in a file ? That is another issue all together unless you have journaling turned on.

We do have journaling turned on. We want to see what changes were made by the ID.

DSPAUDJRNE and CPYAUDJRNE are the commands to look at to extract the wanted information on the users actions. Also verify you system audit settings. Maybe you just need the Audit settings on the profile changed.
