Each year, my team holds an event on the exact same day (doesn't matter if it lands on a weekend). In Microsoft Outlook, can we setup a recurring event on that day in our calendar? I don't think it's possible but I thought I ask. Thank you.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.
To create a recurring appointment in your Outlook 2010 and 2013 calendar, say every Tuesday.

Open your calendar.
Click on New Appointment or double click on a desired date and time in your calendar to open a new Appointment window.
Enter a Subject and Location.
Adjust the Start time and End time if necessary.
Click on Recurrence to open the Appointment Recurrence dialogue window.
Set the Recurrence pattern and Range of recurrence.
When finished, click OK to return to the Appointment window.
The recurring appointment has now been established.

Click Save & Close.

This is different from a recurring meeting, which involves inviting individuals. I have not found a way to do this sending out invites on a recurring basis.
