Create meeting invitation to all email message recipients
If I get an email and want to create a meeting request as the next step, how do I send an invite to every recipient (both To & CC) of a particular message? It is too cumbersome to create a new meeting request and then select the recipients individually from my address book! There must be a shortcut.

Software/Hardware used:
Outlook 2007

Answer Wiki:
Open the email you received and copy everyone from the to and cc fields. Just because they don't look like you can click in those fields you can. ******************* When you open the message, click the round MS Office colored button in the upper left hand corner. You will see a list of other options under "Create New Outlook Item". One of the options there is to create a Meeting Request. ~ technochic
