Create a LNotes DB replica for Unique ids only
I have a LNotes DB which contains a field populated with a unique id number. I would like an action button to prompt the user for their IDNUm, then once entered it would replicate only those documents where the IDNums match from the server to a local copy.
We are currently able to do this manually by setting the space saver page to Receive a subset of documents that meet a selection formula. The formula looks like this "Select IDNum="12345" | form = "Keywords".
Is this possible? If so how can it be accomplished?
