This there a way to create an out file listing all object locks on a specific object? Using WRKOBJLCK I can see the jobs that have a lock on an object. I need to end these locks using a CL program. We are using ShowCase and using the command ENDSCSVR will not work because there are numerous locks on the server job. I wanted to write a CL program that will read the created file then loop through the file ending the locks.

You can WRKOBJLCK to a SPLF file.
Then CPYSPLF to a DB file and use that as input to your CL program.
