Do you know how to create a batch file with permission right to install the software by login with power user (without permission to install software) ?

If you are referring to “power users” in windows then you should consider using Group Policy to deploy permission to install software and even windows updates. By giving your users the rights you are considering, it would be impossible to control what software is installed and will create other administrative headaches.

depending on your version of windows you have to navigate to administration tools and under users and groups security polices you will be able to create a new police for the power users.

    Best way to do this is to run a command prompt as an elevated user who has access to install programs and run the bat from the command prompt.
