Have you tried deleting the file first? You should be able to build this into your job, so that you always delete the old file before creating a new one.

For this command i have created blank TT4 file .I copy the New_recon file from IFS to window and then using 'create file' option in data transfer to AS/400 tool.then i run the command CPYFRMIMPF on server. For last 3 -5 days i run the command without with creating file again.I just clear TT4 file and run the command. But today New recon file structure has been changed .so it is giving error.i can create blank TT4 file again.but is there any shortcut way to create TT4 file directly from recon file on IFS.

If you check your joblog and look at the details of the error message it should tell you what reason code 7 is and what you can do to correct it.
