CL Code: Cpyfrmqryf ends because of error

My CL code works up until it gets to the Cpyfrmqryf then the program ends with an message stating " Copy command ended because of error" but not what error how can you fix it if you don't know the error?

    It seems this is the actual message that you received:

    You didn't tell us that the message ID was CPF2817; but that's the only message ID (out of more than 38000 in the QCPFMSGF) that has the words "Copy command ended because of error" in it and it's also listed as one of the messages that may be sent from the CPYFRMQRYF command. Did you follow the 'Recovery' listed in the 2nd-level text? Did you look at the joblog to see other messages that were listed earlier? The 'Recovery' section says to "See the messages previously listed." Do you know how to look at messages? Tom
