Do we have any formula for calculate CPW ? Did the environment size is estimated based on CPW size in iSeries ?

No. We don’t calculate CPW. IBM does.
 
Did the environment size is estimated based on CPW size in iSeries ?
 
You have to ask IBM. CPW is a proprietary measurement that IBM provides as a way to let you compare the capacities of different models. As far as I know, IBM doesn’t publish a formula for CPW. It only applies to the AS/400 line and it generally applies to a maximum configuration.
