 Copies of emails
One of our employees received 18 copies of the same email. The email was sent by an internal email address. We have Exchange 2003 Server and running outlook 2003. I checked the senders, sent items folder, and she only had one copy of the email sent out. I checked the recipient's blackberry, and he received the 18 copies there as well. Does anyone know how this could have happened?
