 CPF4328 & FILE CONSTRAINT with *RESTRICT Rules

10 years ago we sent out a pair of PF tied together by a constraint. Client is now receiving CPF4328 while updating "parent" file. DLT & UPD rules were created as *RESTRICT which should allow update without journaling. Is there a way to see DLT & UPD rules on green screen? Or, should I just remove constraint and then add constraint back and then retry the update? Thank you.

Is there a way to see DLT & UPD rules on green screen?

DSPFD TYPE(*CST) should show both DLTRULE() and UPDRULE() attributes, if they exist.
