What would cause CPF1236 to be issued for an overnight job we submit via a CL program? CPF1236 is "Subsystem &1 cannot start prestart job &2."

if you look at the second level text for this message it says Cause . . . . . : User profile &5 named in the prestart job entry for program &3 in library &4 is not authorized to job description &6 in &7. this is therefore an authority issue Recovery . . . : Have the security officer grant *USE authority (GRTOBJAUT command) for the job description to the user profile.
