Cpanel like solution for Windows servers

Can we install a CPANEL like solution on a Windows shared server for our hosted clients? If so what needs to be purchased, licensed etc.? Any ideas on cost?

Plesk made a product called HELM, i was never a fan of plesk or its offerings (they seemed backwards in so many ways when compared to cpanel/whm) but helm would be your best choice if your serious about hosting customers on a windows server
