I have a colour photocopier configured on my iseries as a writer (LAN SNMP HPCOLORLJ). The users have a error on the machine, which they can by-pass on windows, but the iseries just allows C or R as possible answers

Does anyone know how I can get the printer to print, or is it a case of waiting on the engineer ?
