 CPA3394 message
I am working with a customer that had a power outage. Since then, all spool files go from a WTR status to HLD immediately without printing. I tried changing the default reply to CPA3394 - Load formtype - to a 'G', but it prints the spool file regardless of the formtype. Not sure what happened, but any assistance would be appreciated.

Answer Wiki:
Check for a damaged printer description or outq object. Also, I've had printer settings change due to the power being turned off. You didn't say if the writer is starting. Or you were getting other messages.
