I have an Outlook 2002 client running on Exchange 2000. Trying to open the inbox forced Outlook to close with the 'send unexpected close report?' message box (it crashes). I could open all other folders and 'traced' the problem to a specific email. At the server, Exchange will not let me remove or delete the email claiming it is 'system - hidden'.
I moved her inbox to a temp folder with all the other emails and she can work as normal.
What can I do to remove this corrupted email? (I assume corruption for a cause as it isn't infected and comes from a known customer) and return her Outlook to standard function?
