Hi,

It is hard to say why these files are corrupted. Generally, the following factors can

cause the file corrupt issue:

1.    Improper operation
2.    Third party harmful/incompatible software and viruses
3.    Corrupt hard disk sector

Based on the current situation, I would like to suggest you perform the following

steps to remove the corrupted files:

Take ownership of the file and change the permission
=================================
1.    In the “Start” menu, locate “Command Prompt”.
2. Type the following commands, then press “Enter” to execute them one by one.

Please note the space before the command and its parameter.

takeown /f {file location}
cacls {file location} /G administrators:F

After that, please try to delete the files manually.

If it does not work, I also would like to suggest you delete them with a third party

tool, Unlocker.

Note: The third-party product discussed here is manufactured by a company that

is independent of Microsoft. We make no warranty, implied or otherwise,

regarding this product’s performance or reliability.

Thanks & Regards
Clark Kent

    The file system structure on the disk is corrupt and unusable. Please run the chkdsk utility on the volume C:.
