I think Voodoo… is right… just run the chkdsk utility.
At a command prompt type chkdsk /?
This will explain the command like to you.

Back up all your important data, and do a repair to your system…

I still keep getting this error every week and each time i run the chkdsk utility.
What can i do to repair it permanently.
