 Website hosted by third party not opening

Dear All, We have a company Web site eg: www.abc.com .It is hosted outside our network and handling by 3rd party.We have a domain controller ie abc.com We are accesing this website same like google , yahoo etc. We were able to access our company website without any issue. but from past one week we are able to open only home page of the website apart from this none of the pages is not opening. I have checked the follwing activities in DNS server level 1. Checked the A record details in Forward lookup zone 2. Try adding Forwarder and roothints fo the same Website with the public IP address But this not solved the issue Able to open website without any issue .while i reomved my local dns server ip address and added public dns ip address in the local system. I suspect this is a DNS issue .But dont know where to start. Can anyone help me to resolve this issue. Rgds Limson Louise

What do you mean with “we are able to open only the home page of the website”?

I think if you can open the homepage of the website, your dns is working well. If other pages of the SAME website can’t be opened there is a problem with website itself.

Tell us more about the problem, like error messages or an example of the problem. If your website is public, post here the url and we will try to open it and we will tell you the results.
