 Cordless phone interference with wireless
Are there any suggestions on how to prevent a cordless phone from interfering with wireless connections? Would changing the channel used on the wireless network help? I have a wireless network using 802.11b/g and whenever the cordless phone rings, the clients get disconnected from the access point. Thanks.

Answer Wiki:
First change the channel on the cordless phone if you can. If that doesn't change anything then experiment with different channels on your wireless router.

Thanks for the suggestion. That would be much easier than changing the network. Sometimes the simplest is the easiest .

Thanks again. Will give it a try.
