i have a shared folder on a windows 2003 server,but on a client machine i can access the folder but i cant copy anything from the shared floder to any new destination of mine..can any body help on that..

Make sure that the account being used to copy the information has permissions to write to the destination(s). Modify access is required for editing and deleting the file from its source location. You will need this permission if you are attempting to move the file because in effect, moving is simply copying and deleting.
