try hitting CNTRL+A then CNTRL+C in the email then CNTRL+V in the document... it should bring over everything, at the least it will bring the txt over then you can save and place the pictures in.

Hello Nathan,

re. Copy Outlook Express emails to Microsoft Word

Many thanks Nathan for such a quick and helpful answer - dated Jan 13 2009.

I have done as you suggest for copying the emails and it works fine but unfortunately the second part of your answer on copying the photographs seems to finish in mid-sentence. Where do I have to save the pictures in please?

I am new to this site and I was about to rate your answer and suddenly a rating of only one appeared. This is obviously ridiculous but I have not been able to change it. Very sorry. If there is a way to change it please let me know.

Alec.
