You haven’t given enough information for a complete answer.
The number of “blade servers” isn’t as important in the calculation as is the total power drawn by the servers.
One KW of power for 1 hour (KwH) to a server generates approximately 3420 BTU/Hour of heat. If each “blade server” consumes 1 Kw, that’s 100 Kw of heat, or 342,000 BTU/Hour. That’s about 30 tons of cooling, <i>if</i> there were no losses (which there always are).
But due to losses, to actually get 30 tons of cooling to the equipment’s air intakes, you’ll need more. How much more depends on the design of the data center, its layout, and a complex analysis of airflow (both above and under the floor). And some for the “additional equipment” you made reference to.
