I have no experience wih ASP or web server based applications, but I have an Access program that I need to put on the web. What is the easiest route to full web implementation for a program that is currently using Access as the front end for a 200+GB db?
The application needs to be secure. It contains several user forms that stack on top of each other to help sift through a database of about 150 million records. I know how to create data access pages, but I need to replicate the program's functionality which the data access pages don't seem to maintain. Is there a software program, or a learning process that any of you might suggest? I'm good at learning new languages, and have started on VB but not to the level that I can recreate this in ASP. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
