 converting spool file to pdf
Is there an easy way to convert spool files to PDF? I currently have Adobe Pro and am able to print from Ops Nav using the print driver. Is there any other ways of doing this? Can you set it up to go to an output file as a .pdf?

Answer Wiki:
The Infoprint Server Licensed program provides an excellent way of doing this and also allows you to encrypt and password protect the resulting pdf and email them to one or more email addresses automatically.

Hi,

If you take a look around on the internet there are a number of free utilities for doing this.

We’ve used Gumbo Software’s product for years. Works great. Every day we convert a bunch of reports to PDF using Gumbo, then e-mail them to our users. Saves a lot of time and tons of paper.
I believe BVS Tools also offers a good conversion tool.
Both products are very reasonably priced and well worth the investment.
