I would like to know how to use email send by Nagios to generate Trouble Ticket in Remedy? or How can we use email sent by Nagios to generate an event in BMC Patrol?

Has anyone answered this question? I am also trying to figure out how to get Nagios to email Remedy with the proper format to produce a Remedy trouble ticket. Someone must have done this, and I’d like to figure out what I’m doing wrong. Thanks.
