To explain further the scenario. I wish to select several documents in the view and simply execute an agent or command to extract those documents into several pdf files, with the filename taken from some fields from the document automatically. Since there would thousands of documents, and to prevent human error, the click and target location of the extracted pdf file will just be the action needed in this process.
