Hi, Would like to ask how can i convert multiple Lotus Notes Douments to PDF. An agent would be best as the filename of the pdf can be extracted from the different fields in the Notes Document.

1. Download and install a free PDF creating program to the computer. There are many free PDF creating programs available, such as PDFill. PDFill is available for download from the PDFill website
2. Launch the Lotus Notes application. Open the documents that want to convert to PDF format
3. Click “File” menu and select “Print.” click once on the “Print” button on the standard toolbar
4. Choose a folder in which to save the PDF version of the email using the “Look In” menu. Type a name for the PDF file in the “File Name” field and click once on the “Save” button to complete the conversion process

    Hi, To explain further the scenario. I wish to select several documents in the view and simply execute an agent or command to extract those documents into several pdf files, with the filename taken from some fields from the document automatically. Since there would thousands of documents, and to prevent human error, the click and target location of the extracted pdf file will just be the action needed in this process. Many thanks!
