How do I easily convert Microsoft Word to PDF?

Answer Wiki

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Recent versions of Word allow you to ‘save as’ PDF out of the box.  If your version doesn’t have that option, you can install some third party tool.

Most of these tools will create a virtual printer, that will print your word document to a PDF file.

I’ve used CutePDF for years, and it has worked very well for me.

Improved: You can also use adobe acrobat, it comes with microsoft word addon.

If using Office2010/ Word 2010 you can save it directly to a PDF. What version of Word are you using? There are other programs (free/pay) that will do it as well.

As you asked for "easily convert", as far as my knowledge, simply you can install Open Office/ Libre Office (absolutely both are free) and from their open Writer (equivalent to MS Word) & after opening, from File Menu > Export as PDF. There are some parameters for customization, apply as suitable, if not leaves as default and you can easily convert these documents as wish. This is totally costless process.
