 Convert table entry from text to numeric
Query Management Facility
I have generated a table that has a 4 char text field. I want add a column and convert this text field that is numbers to numeric so that both coexist.

Hi, You could try using the DIGITS function to convert a character field to numeric. I'm not sure whether this would work with Query Management. Regards, Martin Gilbert.
