convert public folder IPM.POST to IPM.NOTE
i have an sbs 2003 with exchange runing on it and gut a public folder that i've created for general mail to the employee's. i've routed all mail to that folder from specific account, the problem is that the mail's arrived as a IPM.POST format mails and not like the traditional mails that is more common (IPM.NOTE). so,, i try this microsoft link: http://support.microsoft.com/Default.aspx?scid=kb%3ben-us%3b817809
but it not been so helpful to me.
does anyone know how can i solve this problem?

Answer Wiki:
The MS article 817809 should resolve the issue if you satisfy the prerequisites under the the MORE INFORMATION section.

If you have Exchange 2000 and have installed service pack 3 and the August roll-up patch you still have to make the registry change "Incoming defaults to IPM.Note" shown toward the bottom of the article.

If you have Echange 20003 and have installed service pack 1 you also have to make the registry change "Incoming defaults to IPM.Note" shown toward the bottom of the article.

If you have performed the above (per the kb article) let me know and lets see what we can do!
