Hi, I have a pivot table and I want to convert this to a normal excel sheet. Theer are 3 records in the pivot table and now I want these 3 records as 3 column heads in the excel sheet. As a example there is project name, user name and description as records in the pivot table and now I want project name, user name and description as 3 separate columns.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

U may try the following procedure :

Double click on any cell of the pivot table gives you the underlying data adding up to that cell. in case you want the entire data just go to the grand total cell of the pivot table & double click the same. it will open up another sheet and list out the entire data.

Good Luck !
