convert from oracle 6i to oracle 10g


Oracle 10g, Oracle 6i

hi everybody ;
i have program developed on oracle 6i,so how i can convert this program to run on oracle 10g without any error,because when i run this program i am faced many problems such the languages from english to arabic or need some additional codes to run on oracle 10g,please what i can do??
