How do we convert JPG. file to TBS. extension?

Depending on the software, just do a Save As and use the drop down to find the .tbs and just save it.

You can change any Windows file extension by right-clicking on the name and typing a new extension. But that’s probably not what you want. And since a .JPG file wouldn’t make sense to convert to a ‘Chess TableBase’ file, you’re probably wanting to convert it to something used by PC TuneUp Utilities. And for that, you should contact the vendor of the product and ask them.They are the ones who know what their product needs. — Tom
