Hi, Please suggest any method to convert numbers like 41041,41072 to mmm-yy format.

You can go into the cell and right click hit, Format cell and scroll down for dates.  Once there, you can pick the style that you want.

If those values are what you expected then you need to format the cells to the proper date format.  In Excel 41041 is May 12, 2012.

Use Custom Format (easiest from right-click and select Format Cells …) and symply enter “mmmm yy” in “Type” box.
