We are It Resellers who have responsibility to set up and maintain a Win 2003 SBS site with 15 users. All users have an e-mail address "email@example.com". Exchange is set up to collect e-mails every 15 mins and distribute to respective inboxes. Everything runs A-OK.
Client has now added a new user who will be doing business research/marketing research in collaboration with a local University Post-Grad Department. User has been supplied with a new laptop with XP-Pro, Office 2003 Pro, Project 2003 Std.
