I&#039;m thinking the problem is not on your side.  First, you should do a loopback test to make sure it is not the router.  Then have the service provider test the circuit, and usually, their tests do not find any issues so you may have to have them prove to the dmarc.  Proving to the dmarc requires the service provider to physically test connectivity to your property line.  It is likely that they will find a cut cable or something of that nature.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Hi Mshen, thanks for answer the question, the router belong to the company and not to the ISP and one of my colleague replaced the card and the status remains the same &quot;&#039; reset&#039;&#039;, we are thinking in replace the router for a new one, but  what makes me worrying is the type of message and i don&#039;t remember see that kind of status on the router ever.
