 CONTROL-M Performance Degradation
We use CONTROL-M for batch processing and when it executes, we see a huge performance degradation in end-user response time. Should CONTROL-M use any of the DIALOG processes to run or BDB? Are there any best practices around running CONTROL-M that I should implement to get performance better when CONTROL-M runs?

The first things I'd recommend checking are memory usage and disk usage - both normal files, and the swap file. If you are running it in a distributed environment, then I'd also recommend monitoring network traffic to see if there might be a bottleneck there. Good luck, Bob
