Both these options appear in the 'My Contacts' menu but there is nothing under 'Contacts in Personal Folders' when selected - all my contact info being under 'Contacts' However it seems that Word 2007 wants to create a Mail Merge using 'Contacts in Personal Folder' and doesn't recognise the info under 'Contacts'. Can anyone please explain what is happening and how to rectify this to a novice?
