 Contact Center Vendor Selection (RFP response)

One of our clients (in Africa) has asked us to submit the response to RFP with an extremely agressive deadline (11-NOV-2004). The RFP, however, is the simplest one that I have ever seem. So please pass me on the vendors name who could respond the RFP in this shortest span of time and also who might be willing to sign an MoU with our company to continue with the project.

Your customer needs to be more realistic in their expectation for responses. I don't know if anyone could respond to an RFP in a satisfactory manner given the deadline is literally one week off and the details of the RFP are sketchy at best if I'm reading you right. If you want the troops out here to inform you of parties that may be interested in responding to the RFP, you'll need to supply more information that you did. All I see is that the customer is in Africa and the project may have something to do with a contact center. Exactly what type companies are you looking for?
