If you have an HMC, you can configure this to allow remote connections. Or better, local network connections, then RDP to the local PC.

You can use Operations Console, the use RDP to connect to the Ops Console PC.

If you have restrictions to RDP use, there are various software available to perform the same function. One that i know of is DameWare:
