Most emails get through but so far I have reports of about 4 email accounts that get the above bounce

Thanks for your response.
Yes we get emails from other domains, but we have about 7 domains that get retry timeout bounce messages. I do have McAfee Spam Killer installed, but I have uninstalled this for a brief time to try this, and also anything blocked by Spam Killer recieves a McAfee message.
I have tried telnet-ing to smtp-tri.interdns.co.uk 25 and 80.229.37.90 on 25, and I cant get through.
HELP
