It is possible that either the destination host is busy or offline. Try telnet on port 25 to smtp-tri.interdns.co.uk or 80.229.37.90. These are the hosts for the MX record for this domain. Are there other messages going through to users at this domain?

    Hi Thanks for your response. Yes we get emails from other domains, but we have about 7 domains that get retry timeout bounce messages. I do have McAfee Spam Killer installed, but I have uninstalled this for a brief time to try this, and also anything blocked by Spam Killer recieves a McAfee message. I have tried telnet-ing to smtp-tri.interdns.co.uk 25 and 80.229.37.90 on 25, and I cant get through. HELP
