Hi chobad, welcome to ITKE. 

You will need to be more specific about your doubt.  A WAMP server is something somehow abstract, since it is usually a Windows machine running a stack of different products, so it is not clear whether you want to connect to the server itself (a connection to share some resources such as files, etc) or to one of the other products running on it (the database for example). 

Please provide more details.
