How can I connect to the SQL SERVER from the VS-08 C# and how can I insert, modify and view the database in SQL SERVER.

Software/Hardware used:
I use the HP-LAPTOP with core solo processor

This is not something that can be answered in a couple of lines here.

In general, you will probably have to include the System.Data.SqlClient namespace and use some SqlConnection, SqlCommand, SqlDataReader objects.

A simple google search will return many articles/tutorials on the subject.
